FAQ
Non-refundable retainer fee.
The retainer fee is a nonrefundable payment required to secure our services for your event date. This fee ensures that we reserve our time and resources exclusively for your event, preventing us from booking other clients on the same date.
The remaining 50% of the total service cost is due 14 days prior to your event date. This final payment ensures that all financial arrangements are settled well in advance of your event, allowing us to focus solely on providing you with exceptional service.
Whispered vows, family, maternity, and engagement sessions. A 100% nonrefundable retainer fee is required upfront to secure your date.
Where do you provide your services?
We primarily service the Rockport, Texas and surrounding areas within a one-hour radius. Corpus Christi, Texas to Victoria, Texas, and the areas in between.
What if my event is farther away than one hour from Rockport?
For events beyond our usual service radius, we're flexible. We're willing to discuss travel arrangements and associated costs to ensure we can meet your needs. Please reach out to us to discuss your event specifics, and we'll work out the travel details together.
Do you sell prints or digital images?
BOTH!! We offer high-quality digital images in addition to our diverse range of print options.
How long do I have access to my gallery?
You'll have 1 year from the date the gallery is created.
Is my image gallery private?
Absolutely! We understand the importance of privacy and security when it comes to your cherished memories. If you prefer to have your photo gallery password protected, simply let us know, and we'll be happy to accommodate your request.
How does a second photographer work with Allenger Photography?
We partner with trusted third-party contractors for a second photographer services. If you choose to use a second photographer, you’ll pay the contractors directly, as these services are separate from Allenger Photography.
What happens if my event lasts longer than my package coverage?
We understand that wedding days can be unpredictable! If additional coverage is needed, we are happy to provide extra service at a rate of $300 per hour. Just let us know during the event, and we’ll ensure your special moments are fully captured.
